Plain language, because you should be able to read this.
What we provide
Cold Paddy is software for running a cold store: point of sale, stock, customers and simple accounts. We host it and keep it running.
What it costs
GHS 99.99 per month per store after a 30-day free trial. We don't ask for payment details to start. Prices change only with notice, and never for a month you have already paid.
If you stop paying
We remind you first. After that your store becomes read-only: you can still open it, read everything and export all of your data. We do not delete a store's records for at least 90 days after it lapses, and we tell you before we ever would.
Your data is yours
Everything you put in — products, sales, customers — belongs to you. You can export it at any time, including while your subscription is unpaid. We do not sell it or use it to advertise to anyone.
What we ask of you
Keep your login to yourself and give your staff their own. Don't use the service to break the law. You are responsible for what your staff do with their accounts.
Where we stand
We work hard to keep the service up and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable. Keep your own records of anything you could not stand to lose. Our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the previous three months.
Ending it
Cancel whenever you like from the Billing page; you keep access to the end of the month you have paid for. We would only close an account for non-payment or for using the service to break the law, and we would tell you why.
