Privacy

What we hold

Your name, email and phone number, your store's details, and the business records you enter — products, sales, customers and their balances. That's it.

What we don't

We never see or store card numbers. Payments go straight to Paystack, who are regulated to handle them. We keep only the last four digits so you can tell which card is on file.

Who can see your data

You and the staff you invite. Every store's records are separated from every other store's, and that separation is enforced in several independent places and tested on every change we make.

Our support staff can open your store only to help you, only with a reason recorded, and every such session is logged.

Your customers' details

If you record a customer's name and phone number to track credit, that is your record, not ours. We process it only to run the service for you.

Getting it out, or getting rid of it

Export everything at any time from inside the app. Ask us to delete your store and we will, permanently, within 30 days — except records we are required to keep for tax and accounting.

Email and messages

We message you about your account, your subscription, and a daily summary of your takings if you want one. No marketing you did not ask for.
